Charity........1 special kid.....What is 4 for Zak?
4 for Zak is a fundraising effort to raise money for St.
Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN in memory of an
extraordinary young man, Zachary J. Dievendorf whose
spirit and courage during his battle with DIPG inspired
everyone who met him.
J. Hatch (aka DJ J) will participate in 4 endurance
events over the course of one year swimming, biking and
running 140.6 miles. Here are the four events that make up the 4 for
Zak fundraiser

Marathon September 19, 2010
The Walt Disney World
Marathon January 9, 2011
The Nautica South Beach
Traithlon April, 2011 (TBA)
The Syracuse Ironman 70.3
September 20, 2011
The thing is J. started
running, for the first time EVER in March of 2010!
So why would he do such a thing? For Zak..in his
memory...which endures and continues to inspire and for
St. Jude where no child ever has to worry about not
being able to pay for the treatment they require.
